Looking for a new career opportunity? We are looking for amazing Customer Service Reps to offer our customers "White Glove" customer service. 

Our Customer Service Reps will:

  •  Managing the intake of new patients.
  • Gather all necessary data to create a new account. 
  • Gather insurance information. 
  • Make outbound calls to provider to ensure prior authorizations have been completed so orders can begin immediately.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • HSD or GED
  • Typing 30wpm 
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
  • Medical terminology or medical insurance experience a plus 
  • Must be available between 8:30am-5pm PST
