Description

TYPE: 6+ month contract, with possibility for hire.  Full time. 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule preferred, Monday through Friday.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Process sales and service orders as received
  • Schedule installations and service calls
  • Follow up on service calls with technician and customer
  • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns
  • Assist with invoicing of completed installs

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Experience scheduling and working with technicians is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a business to business customer service environment is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills
