Description

Remx is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a logistics company located in South Atlanta. This is a Temp to Hire role paying $17/hour. Lots of growth potential in this role!

 

The Administrative Assistant will:

  • Assist the operations manager with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Answer emails and handle phones in the department.
  • Manage the Operations Manager's calendar and set up meetings.
  • Handle filing and data entry as needed.
  • Work with clients and carriers.

 

Job Requirements

The Administrative Assistant requirements:

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be able to type!
  • Previous experience managing calendars and setting up meetings
  • MUST have a professional appearance and dress appropriately
  • Previous warehouse knowledge would be helpful but not a deal breaker.
