Remx is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a logistics company located in South Atlanta. This is a Temp to Hire role paying $17/hour. Lots of growth potential in this role!
The Administrative Assistant will:
- Assist the operations manager with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
- Answer emails and handle phones in the department.
- Manage the Operations Manager's calendar and set up meetings.
- Handle filing and data entry as needed.
- Work with clients and carriers.
The Administrative Assistant requirements:
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be able to type!
- Previous experience managing calendars and setting up meetings
- MUST have a professional appearance and dress appropriately
- Previous warehouse knowledge would be helpful but not a deal breaker.
