RemX is seeking a Call Center Representative in Clifton, NJ area! This opportunity is Temporary to Hire supporting members and healthcare providers regarding medical benefits. Training will be onsite for a few weeks, after training the role with transition to remote.

Weekly Pay and Medical Benefits available!

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 hourly 

What you'll be doing:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in Healthcare, Life Insurance, call center and/or customer service is required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a flexible working schedule
