TYPE: Direct Hire (remote currently, will be a hybrid role in office and remote eventually)
DUTIES:
- Responsible for assisting Loan Originators in the residential mortgage origination process
- Will be the liaison between sales, operations, and the builder
- Prepare & maintain mortgage loan files from application into processing and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the documents
- Review and calculate borrower income and assets to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Review rates and terms of mortgage loan products with consumers
- Other office duties as assigned
