This will be remote for the time being, but must be able to commute to Alpharetta once they return to the office.
Shifts: Between 8:00am - 12:00am (days off vary)
Pay: $16 an hour ($17/hr for Bilingual)
Start: May 25th
- Deliver excellent customer support through various channels i.e. voice, email, and chat
- Meet and maintain high quality and productivity metrics month over month
- Provide app navigation assistance

- Customer service experience in a contact center
- Background in finance or technology is a plus
- Must be professional, approachable, and articulate with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
