JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Take inbound calls from customers regarding HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing issues
- Schedule appointments – you can earn up to $250 weekly in bonuses
- Communicate effectively and kindly with customers when addressing their needs
- Follow up with customers to resolve any concerns
- Must meet quality and productivity requirements
- Close attention to detail
- Must be able to work between 5am – 9pm (required to work 1 weekend day, consecutive days off)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must type30 WPM
- HSD or GED
- 1-year customer service experience
- Good with people
- Must be able to multitask
- Upbeat attitude
- Stable plug in internet at home
- Dependable
