Job Description and Details:
- Pay: BASE of $13.00-$14.00/hr. (DOE)
- FULL Benefits!!! Health, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
- High volume of Inbound/Outbound calls/texts/chats (80-100+ daily)
- Focus will be on Quality Assurance and Adherence.
- Upbeat, friendly, warm personality individuals are a must!
- Schedule Varies MUST be available between 7am-7pm M-Sun!
- MINIMUM of 1 year of prior CSR/Call Center experience REQUIRED!
- MUST PROVIDE OWN EQUIPMENT including DUAL MONITORS (NOT PROVIDED by COMPANY).
- Must have High Speed Internet (Wired) and be able to MEET speed requirements, Chrome (Latest Version), Windows 10, etc.
- Proficient using computers.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Be able to pass a background check, NO Drug Screen!
- High School Diploma or GED Required
