Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive

• Phlebotomy & labs
• Drug screens
• Vitals & charting in EMR system
• Greeting/Rooming patients in a compassionate & friendly manner
• Assisting the counselor & provider when needed
• Scheduling patient appointments & covering the front desk
• Answering in-coming calls and checking voice messages regularly.
• Check patients in/out, monitor patient flow.
• Perform urine drug screens, takes vitals, assist with patient evaluations.
• Call in patient medication as directed by Physician.
• Input accurate patient information into electronic health record.
• Sending prior-authorizations to insurance companies.
• Perform daily financial summary and balance of payments received.
• Responsible for cash collection and verification of benefits.
• Review the Prescription Monitoring Database.
• Provide education and resource information regarding medication.

BILINGUAL CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT NEEDED

(ENGLISH/SPANISH)

MON-FRI 8am-5pm

$16-$19 based on education & experience

• Finger stick for blood work
• Run lab tests
• Operate nebulizer treatments
• Stock/clean exam rooms
• Complete physical forms and immunization certificates
• Phlebotomy
• Charting
• Speak & write in both  English & Spanish

CPC NEEDED

You must have your CPC-A completed to qualify.

Experience is required 

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Wage $16-$18 based on experience

This role includes coding visits for Adult, Pediatric & Women's Health

CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AVAILABLE to Start ASAP 

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30AM TO 5PM

• Greeting customers, assisting the customers with renting or purchasing durable medical equipment, entering the customers insurance information and determining copay/deductible amount due. 
• Other clerical duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Available to work on site, 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Customer service experience
• Steady work history 

HIRING: Payment Poster for our Medical Billing Office in Louisville (East End).

Wage varies & is based on experience, $15-$18+

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm or 7am-3:30pm

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience with medical payment posting & managing a spreadsheet in a medical billing office. Role includes: Intake of payments, processing billing statements, and conducting audits for each billing cycle.

Requirements are a high school diploma or a GED, drug screen upon offer and background completion uopn offer. 

We will train you to check patients in, collect copays, enter patient information and update HIPPA paperwork. 

Hourly pay rate is $12 to start and increases to $13.44 per hour after hired by the client.
