RemX has partnered with a law firm to assist in their search for a Bilingual Legal Assistant to support their new office in Phoenix, AZ. Our client handles personal injury, immigration, and mortgage foreclosure cases. The Legal Assistant would support the mortgage foreclosure part of the practice. Bilingual Legal Assistant Job Description:

• Provide support in the foreclosure process
• Maintain calendars and track deadlines
• Order and track records and prepare corresponding tracking reports
• Assemble pleadings and motions and electronically file them in state and federal courts
• Follow up on all deadlines and tasks

Bilingual Legal Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
• Previous mortgage foreclosure experience
• Must be able to work independently
• Bilingual – Spanish/English
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
