Medical CSR - This is not a remote position - you will work onsite!
$16/hr.
$17/hr. for bilingual
Located near 40th St/University in Phoenix
Shifts (9am – 5:30pm, 9:30am-6pm or 11:30am-8pm) Monday - Friday
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to patients to schedule physical therapy
- Make outbound calls to doctors to coordinate patient appointments
- Make follow up calls for paperwork
- Assisting patients who have been injured at work and have a current workers comp. case
Requirements:
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Must have computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Criminal background screen
- No drug screen required
