TYPE: Direct Hire; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

PAY: Up to $45K DOE

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Enter daily orders received from small to mid size clients 
  • Enter specific information regarding orders, utilizing attention to detail to make sure all orders are entered correctly
  • Respond to all urgent emails in a timely fashion
  • Handle freight quoting 
  • Billing 
  • Assist sales department with communication of order information and tracking information 
  • Receive shipping information from Shipping/Receiving team and input into system
  • Walk clients through order processes as needed including explaining product offerings and supplying price quotes
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Must have minimum 1 year of experience in business to business customer service role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related filed, If no degree, equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience utilizing an ERP system is a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or food and beverage industry is preferred but other business to business experience will be considered
  • Must have strong attention to detail
