RemX Specialty Staffing is currently hiring Early Collections Representatives to work for our client located in the Alpharetta, GA area.  In this position, job duties to include the following-

• Handling heavy volume of inbound/outbound calls
• Assisting customers calling in regards to various account issues and providing general information as needed.
• Data entry
• Providing excellent customer service
• Successfully contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores and meeting objectives.

Pay: $15.50/HR ($16.50/HR if bilingual)

Shift: 2 late shifts (11-8) per week 8-5 on the other days, every Friday 8-5, 2-3 Saturdays per month 8-noon (overtime if they worked the entire week)

Job Requirements-

• MUST HAVE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE!!!
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task is a MUST!
• Previous customer service experience
• Self-starter and ready to learn!
• Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) a plus!!!
