Great South Knoxville company has an immediate need for Account Setup Coordinator

The position is a 6 month or longer contract role and the hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5:00pm.  

  • Obtains all required documentation, completion of set-up specification sheets and coordination of all activities necessary for successful implementation
  • Contact clients via phone and email
  • Working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers
  • Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Associate's degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Organized
