A small yet mighty team of 5 is seeking an all around Operations Specialist to process purchase orders, assist with high touch customer account management, and general operational support. This is a small business unit of a large nationwide organization.

Duties will include:
- Work closely with Clients, Vendors, Sales Team and Account Manager
- Responsible for processing custom customer orders through an ERP system
- Manage Order Process flow from design stage to delivery
- Will work closely with design and production teams to ensure quality products are delivered
- As the role develops, will work in tandem with Account team to offer consultative package design solutions for new customer products
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience in a related Manufacturing or Design environment with product deadlines a plus
- Order Processing experience is a plus
- Job Tenure is important - we are seeking a long term team member
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical abilities: Mac is a plus, MS Word and Excel, ERP is a plus
- Ability to manage high volume of Customer Orders and Juggle Multiple Priorities
- Top notch Follow Up skills
