As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls to patients and providers dealing with worker’s compensation claims. You will answer questions and make sure everything is in place for the patient’s upcoming appointments and reschedule as necessary. All patients are individuals that have been injured at work and have a current active worker’s compensation case. This is a work onsite position with call center experience preferred.
$16/HR- FULLTIME WITH MONDAY- FRIDAY SHIFT
