Are you looking for a permanent opportunity? We are looking for people that are passionate about providing quality customer service to support a technology based company.

This will be remote for the time being, but must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA once they return to the office.

Center Hours of Operation: 8am-12pm 7 days a week - will be given a set shift between these hours

Pay: $16 an hour ($17/hr for Bilingual)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer support through various channels i.e. voice, email, and chat
  • Meet and maintain high quality and productivity metrics month over month
  • Provide app navigation assistance
  • Opportunities for growth within the organization

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in a contact center
  • Background in finance or technology is a plus
  • Must be professional, approachable, and articulate with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Scheduling flexibility is required; there may be shift bids on a quarterly basis which may change your initial shift
  • Travel experience is not required, but is a plus!
  • Fluency in Spanish is not required, but is a plus!
  • Proven proficiency in Spanish and/or willingness to work an overnight shift will earn the CSR a pay differential
