RemX is currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Assistant for a dynamic and Customer Service driven company in the Carlsbad area. This client is big on Company culture, they celebrate holidays and give back to their employees with pizza parties and other fun events. If you are team and service oriented, you will LOVE working here! This is a temp to hire opportunity with growth potential paying 21/hr.


  • Assist a team of 4 HR representatives with paperwork, employee files, event planning, and recruitment/scheduling
  • Position monitors a front desk kiosk but there is an auto sign in to attend all HR meetings
  • Data entry, filing, and scheduling with a high level of confidentiality
  • Conduct new hire/onboarding documents, I9, employee files, new hire orientations
  • Compile employee lists containing birthday announcements, company events, and various criteria for department managers
  • Enter sensitive information into company's HRIS
  • Assist with managing vendors and requesting temporary assistance with established partners
  • Assist HR Director and HR Culture representative with planning and coordinating employee events
  • Help process HR Invoices

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors’ degree in HR Preferred, or 2-3 years of HR administrative experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • High school diploma minimum
  • Flexible attitude, desire and willingness to help HR and other department managers when needed
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, and intermediate MS Office skills; HRIS experience a plus
  • Ability to handle rapidly changing and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and extremely detail oriented, organized, independent and proactive
