  • Shifts: Multiple shifts available

SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with customers whose cards have been blocked or declined due to potential fraudulent transactions.
  • Educate customers and explain why their card has been blocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up skills.
  • Must be able to navigate computers and toggle between 2-3 systems/guides.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous call center experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • Proficient with the use of computers and capable of toggling between multiple systems/guides.
  • HS diploma or GED
