TYPE: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; contract with possibility of hire; currently remote with option to stay remote or return to office

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from consumers
  • Respond to warranty claims via email
  • Assist in processing of orders and quotes
  • Utilize customer management system for updates on customer information
  • Maintain product knowledge in order to be able to answer customer questions

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have minimum 1 year of high volume customer service experience in a phone based environment
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Must have reliable high speed internet for work from home
