Description

We are looking for a motivated candidate that pays attention to detail and is extremely organized. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for A/R and A/P tasks, own the company billing process and be accountable for accurate records.

Job responsibilities:

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Keep accurate records for customer’s payment information
  • Process credit card payments
  • Process check payments
  • Send customers their statement monthly
  • Enter payment information into our ERP system
  • Approve sales orders
  • Bill sales orders
  • Create purchase orders for local vendors
  • Bill purchase orders
  • Enter bills for accounts payable
  • Generate payments for company bills
  • Generate payment request for wire transfers
  • Manage filing system for payments
  • Provide payment for monthly bills
  • File Sales Tax and keep records of every filing
  • Process Credit Applications from customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of related experience and/or educational equivalency. Related college education may be substituted for experience on a year-to-year basis
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
