  • Field inbound calls and perform outbound calls for follow-ups, stock swaps, updates, and post-satisfaction surveys.
  • Ability to communicate through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Text); sometimes simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure customer sensitive information.
  •  Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy and kindness to customers and Team Members alike.
  • Operate with a willingness to learn and operate in a culture of being open-minded to grow.
  • Critical thinking is a must.

Implements the Quality Management System (QMS) under the direction of the Quality Department. Responsible for accurately inspecting and reporting the quality performance of production runs, provide guidance and direction with respect to product quality during product assembly by direct communication with cross-functional departments and other quality personnel to ensure that customer, regulatory, and internal company specifications and guidelines are met.

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS OF QUALITY SUPERVISOR:

  • Perform audit/inspections using approved standards and/or work instructions to monitor the quality level of products.
  • Inspect and approve/reject based on customer requirements.
  • Recognize products that require sort, re-work or scrap based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain all documentation and/or paperwork relevant to day-to-day activities to maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify the severity of quality problems identified from the inspections.
  • Perform containment activities when defects or non-conformance are identified.
  • Oversee and assist with assembly as needed.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to process and procedures as defined by the Quality Department.
  • Interface with personnel from other departments for issue resolution.
  • Understands, follows and implements the company quality policies and other identified quality policies.
  • Execute all job responsibilities, not specifically listed here, that may be determined necessary by the Quality Manager.
  • Escalate issues when quality defects are found.
  • Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Provides direction, support and training to In-Line Auditors.
  • Escalating issues and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Creation of Work Instructions, First Articles, and BOM.
  • Able to use the PDCA cycle, involved in continuous improvement activities.
  • Lead inspection activities related to external compliance.
