Small West Knoxville Property Management company has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant!

This is a temp to hire opportunity and the hires are Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday 9:00am-2:30pm. The company does offer 401(k) medical, and PTO. 

  • Generate annual/quarterly billing of HOA dues
  • Posting payments
  • F/U on delinquency reports
  • Scan rent payments
  • Review property transfers and update in system
  • Enter approved invoices in system
  • Check processing
  • File paid invoices
  • Y/E 1099s
  • Copy invoices for billing
  • Assist with annual budgets
  • Process work orders
  • Answer phones
  • Assist Property Management Team
  • Run errands

Requirements:

  • Accounting experience required
  • Quick learner
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must be willing all departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
