Please note:

  • This position is located in Northern New Jersey and would need to be in the office daily
  • Relocation assistance provided for the position
  • Must have experience with Capital Automated Manufacturing equipment – Food Processing, Packaging, Filling, Palletizing, CNC, Conveyor etc.

The position

  • Excellent compensation: $130k full benefits
  • Must have experience with Capital Automated Manufacturing Equipment (Food processing, Beverage Filling, Packaging, Palletizing, CNC, Conveyor etc.)
  • Lead a team of 20+ that includes Field Service Engineers, customer support and equipment repair team
  • Newly created position that will allow you to build the team in your vision with process, procedures, staff
  • High value capital equipment that is used across multiple industries
  • Plan and direct the workflow for all support groups to resolve customer’s issues that includes remote and on-site technical support, timely repair programs and ongoing customer service
  • Lead on all aftermarket support and ensuring an excellent customer experience


Note: This position is in Northern NJ and would need to be in the office daily when not traveling.  25% travel expected for the position


Main Job Functions

  • Create and manage a customer support aftermarket function for the US operations
  • Manage through the use of KPIs, policies and procedures
  • Ensure the staffing for support functions are in line with customer needs both in the field and internally
  • Work cross functionally in problem solving within multiple departments



  • 3+ years managing and directing of support management experience for equipment service
  • Knowledge of Operations Management and manufacturing systems
  • 25% travel to customers, suppliers other company sites
