RemX is partnered with a client in Maitland, FL to find an Reconciliation Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity with benefits and opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate will have a bookkeeping, banking, or an accounting background to handle high volume account reconciliations. Must be comfortable with the clerical component of the position.


  • Reconcile trust accounts between realtors and attorneys
  • Reconcile 1500 accounts per month - checkbook register, printing prep, review folders and add to proprietary system 
  • ID exceptions on the reconciliations and enter them into the system
  • Get back statements from agents, clear checks and deposits, create final reconciliations 

Job Requirements


  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks/Quicken or other reconciliation software 
  • Real estate closing software preferred 
  • Ability to handle high volumes of reconciliations 
  • Familiarity with title/real estate preferred
