**WORK FROM HOME - No weekends! - Must live in Pacific  or Central Time Zones.**

Healthcare Company, leading distributor of Medical Equipment is looking for reliable and energetic New Patient Care Specialist to work from home and apply their customer service skills.

 

Job Description:

  • White glove customer service.
  • Managing the intake of new patients.
  • Gather insurance information and all necessary data to create a new account.
  • Outbound calls to provider to ensure prior authorizations have been completed so orders can begin immediately.
  • Be able to properly communicate customers regarding all supplies we can help with.

 

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
  • Like medical terminology, insurance experience is a plus but it is not required
  • MUST Live in Pacific or Central time zone (No East time work for this position)
  • Able to work M - F 8:30am-5pm PST
  • HSD or GED
  • Must pass basic computer assessments before interview
  • Must pass Background and drug test

Benefits

  • $16/hr plus benefits
  • Work from home! equipment will be shipped unless want to use own computer.

  • Temp to hire after 90 days.
