Must be flexible to work an 8hr shift between 7AM-7PM Monday-Sunday. Benefits Offered 1 WEEK of Training! Monday - Friday

MUST provide Dual Monitors and use your OWN equipment! 

Job Description and Details:

  • Pay: BASE of $13.00-$14.00/hr. (DOE)
  • FULL Benefits!!! Health, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
  • High volume of Inbound/Outbound calls/texts/chats (80-100+ daily)
  • Focus will be on Quality Assurance and Adherence.
  • Upbeat, friendly, warm personality individuals are a must!
  • Schedule Varies MUST be available between 7am-7pm M-Sun!

Job Requirements

  • MINIMUM of 1 year of prior CSR/Call Center experience REQUIRED! 
  • MUST PROVIDE OWN EQUIPMENT including DUAL MONITORS (NOT PROVIDED by COMPANY).
  • Must have High Speed Internet (Wired) and be able to MEET speed requirements, Chrome (Latest Version), Windows 10, etc.
  • Proficient using computers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Be able to pass a background check, NO Drug Screen!
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
