RemX has partnered with a large logistics company in Philadelphia, PA to assist in their search for a Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting Assistant would primarily phone screen candidates and schedule interviews for the managers. This would be a 2-3 month contract assignment and the candidate will be able to work remotely 2-3 days per week. Recruiting Assistant Job Description:

  • Place employment ads on various job boards
  • Source job boards and review ad response to find qualified candidates
  • Complete initial phone screenings with candidates
  • Schedule interviews for managers
  • Assist with the onboarding process - send application to candidate and ensure all onboarding steps are satisfied. 

Job Requirements

Recruiting Assistant Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Good computer skills (MS Office and applicant tracking experience)
  • Great communication skills
