RemX Staffing is working with a title company located in Northfield, NJ to assist in their search for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. No previous real estate or title experience is required. Administrative Assistant Job Description:

  • Answer the phones and delegate calls
  • Greet clients as they come into the office for real estate settlements
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Generate correspondence to internal and external counterparts
  • Manage the ordering of supplies
  • Sanitize settlement rooms before and after settlements
  • Assist with title work and ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of receptionist/admin experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Customer/client service experience
  • Experience working in a real estate or title office is a plus but not required
