RemX has an exciting Direct Hire HR Coordinator for a large company located in the Poway area. This is a well-rounded opportunity: you will help with the day to day Recruitment functions, HRIS system updates, supporting Benefits administration and wellness programs, and assist the HR Managers. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist with overall recruitment and Talent Acquisition function; work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are accurate, ost open requisitions, pre screen and coordinate interviews for Managers
  • Assist a team of HR representatives with paperwork, employee files, updating HRIS system (Oracle), event planning, wellness program initiatives, and recruitment/scheduling
  • Data entry, filing, and scheduling with a high level of confidentiality
  • Conduct new hire/onboarding documents for incoming employees, serve as the first point of contact for the HR department, greeting ee’s, interviews and guests
  • Assist with all wellness initiatives, briefing new employees on benefits and other wellness program offerings
  • Enter sensitive information into company's HRIS
  • Assist with recruitment, drafting jobs and posting (Taleo), coordinating and scheduling interviewing with company Hiring Managers and HR
  • Assist HR Director and HR Culture representative with planning and coordinating employee events
  • Provide all around admin support to the team

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors’ degree in HR Preferred, or 3-5 years of HR administrative experience preferable with a large company with greater than 500ee’s; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Flexible attitude, desire and willingness to help HR and other department managers when needed
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, and intermediate MS Office skills; HRIS / Oracle experience a plus. Taleo experience for ATS is also preferred
  • Ability to handle rapidly changing and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and extremely detail oriented, organized, independent and proactive
