Description

As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for inbound/outbound phone-based customer service.  Answering questions and providing information on available apartment homes for rent, as well as Emergency maintenance ticketing and dispatching. This is a work from home position, and has the ability to move with you due to PCS. Military Family Friendly. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to an average of 80 to 100 calls per day

  • Provide clear and accurate information to prospective residents

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service-oriented issues effectively and efficiently

  • Build rapport with the prospective residents and accurately capture all of the data required to present the lead to the management company

  • Meet or exceed all call center metrics of efficiency and effectiveness

  • Ability to use MaxLeases and call center platforms for client servicing and emergency maintenance calls after hour

  • Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-year Customer Service experience within the last 5 years?

  • The ability to work Saturday and Sunday each week is required

  • Must exhibit professional customer service attitude with a team player work style

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Ability to make decisions, manage time and perform multiple tasks

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities and different situations, and strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrates technical aptitude with regard to understanding, interpreting

  • Strong computer skills

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
