Qualifications and Experience:
- HR qualification or combination of education and experience
- Proven experience working in Partnering led environment
- Strong background in developing and implementing policy and contributing to HR strategic plans
- HR Generalist background with HR shared services experience / exposure
- Cultural appreciation across different locations pertaining to the role and stakeholder group
- Excellent understanding of employment law and its application in a commercial environment. For US roles, this will include expert knowledge in Federal, State and local laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA and EEO Regulations.
