This will typically require a minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, typing skills of at least 25 wpm, computer literacy, articulate communication skills, clear speaking voice, ability to listen with patience and understanding, and the ability to provide excellent customer service on each and every call. Responsible for answering a heavy volume of calls, providing customer service and responding to inquiries on general account information. Will coordinate with customers and sales team members in the resolution of billing disputes that affect the ability to collect receivables.
