TYPE: Contract to Hire; Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; hybrid remote and office schedule

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Collectively with the team handle up to 150 calls per day
  • Receive, process and follow-up on customers’ orders from start to delivery
  • Quoting, pricing, availability, confirm shipment date
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls
  • Manage customer cases in Salesforce
  • Use written communication skills to accurately and concisely document customer’s accounts

Job Requirements

HOW YOU QUALIFY:

  • Customer service experience is required; phone based customer service experience preferred; business to business customer service experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college education a plus
  • Must be able to type 45-50 WPM
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
