Private Arizona-based Company, leader of shared technical, customer support and help desk services is looking for talented candidates for customer support specialist positions.

This position is On-site located in Tempe, Arizona

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Customer Service via email and chats, Provide effective customer interaction via multiple communication channels to diagnose, and solve situations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Inbound phone calls will be layered on a 2nd phase.
  • Acting as a liaison for individuals that are renting a vehicle owned by another individual
  • White glove customer service

 

Requirements:

  • HSD or GED is required
  • At least 1 year in a call center environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
  • Typing test 35wpm (flexible) can test twice!
  • Must pass a background check
  • Able to work within Hours of operation 6am-10pm, 7 days a week. FT (40 hours a week)
  • Initially the program will be M-F, then it will grow to weekends, candidates should be flexible to work at least one weekend day. Let us know your shift availability.
  • Able to do the Training Schedule: 7-4pm or 8-5pm (3 weeks)

 

Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $16/hour
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance.
  • Temp to hire position.
  • Once direct hired (any time after 520 hours) candidates are eligible for a $500 hiring bonus.
  • There will be room for growth into lead, supervisor, QA and trainer roles as qualified
