Description

IMMEDIATE opening for a operations Business Analyst with Salesforce experience. The successful candidate will analyze business processes and user requirements to create a business case. Will perform job functions within business analysis and project management for projects, key initiatives, and operational support. Coordinate and support departmental improvements. 

  • Propose and lead domain improvements by leveraging departmental systems.
  • Analyze business requests for system and/or procedural changes in lending, payments, call center, bill collection.
  • Write business requirements and business-related documents.
  • Plan and execute small and large projects.
  • Research and map business processes, develop process flows.
  • Analyze and update reports.
  • Test preparation, writing test scripts, and running test scripts for UAT.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Effective communications skills in a team environment
  • Ability to take on challenges while meeting goals and targets
  • Preferred: experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile environment
