- Propose and lead domain improvements by leveraging departmental systems.
- Analyze business requests for system and/or procedural changes in lending, payments, call center, bill collection.
- Write business requirements and business-related documents.
- Plan and execute small and large projects.
- Research and map business processes, develop process flows.
- Analyze and update reports.
- Test preparation, writing test scripts, and running test scripts for UAT.
