Description

A company in the Transport industry is hiring a Customer Service Rep, office located in Fullerton. This company will offer stability and advancement.  Shift:  Monday, Wednesday 7am to 4pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am to 6pm, with overtime some Saturday’s and Holiday’s will be required, Temp to hire Offering $18/hr.

 

 Customer Service Rep Duties:

  • Take in-bound calls.  Answer customers’ questions.  Assist customers with freight programs by scheduling local pick up requests
  • Process payment for Cash on Delivery
  • Collection of proof of deliveries from agents
  • Provide quotes to clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Customer Service Rep Requirements:

  • 1+ years in office environment in transportation or freight forwarding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work closely with warehouse and admin operations
  • Proficient with computer skills, MS Office
  • Knowledge of standard office admin practices and procedures
