RemX is looking for Travel Center Supervisors in the Alpharetta, GA area! The Travel Center Supervisor will be a subject matter expert for all storefronts assisting each employee and our internal & external customers in resolving issues.  The Supervisor must be able to coach and motivate contact center employees.  The Supervisor will assist in training, hiring, and terminations.  The Supervisor is responsible for performance management of their team to ensure that their team is meeting company or client-set objectives.  The ideal candidate has performed well in a customer service agent capacity, but also has the ability to people manage in addition to a strong understanding of processes.  The Supervisor will be responsible for conducting regular meetings with the team as well as each individual to ensure their success. 

In addition to having direct-report responsibilities for their team, the Supervisor will work with various other workgroups internally including the Training, Workforce Management, the Management Team, Floor Supervisors, Finance, and front-line CSRs.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
  • Ability to simplify complex situations and ability to make sound judgements
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to interact easily with all levels with the organization; tactful, mature, and flexible
  • Must have the necessary drive and ability to lead change and implement initiatives
  • Ability to give direct caring feedback that maximizes output while maintaining employees’ respect and satisfaction
  • Ability to build a team of highly qualified individuals to align with anticipated growth in the loyalty space

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing capacity
  • Experience in Travel Industry is a MUST
  • GDS Systems experience is a MUST
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous (internal or external) experience in a leadership capacity 
  • Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects
  • Exemplary work ethic and the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work seamlessly with others on joint projects towards process improvement and optimization
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor’s degree is not required, but is a plus!
  • Fluency in Spanish is not required, but is a plus!
