Description

YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Handling of all customer service requests and inquires 
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner 
  • Documenting of customer accounts in the CIS system as required
  • Issue, maintain and update any service work orders 
  • Processing all customer payments and billing
  • Any other duties assigned by management 

 

Job Requirements

HOW ARE YOU QUALIFIED:

  • Associates Degree strongly preferred 
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience 
  • At least 1 year of experience in billing systems within a municipal electric system 
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Excel  
  • Ability to work in high volume environments
