A San Diego based life-science organization has more then doubled in size over the past year and are contining to expand. They are seeking a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT for their Operations and Facilities team.

- Location: Poway – 100% On-site
- Hours: TBD - 40 hours per week M-F
- Pay: depends on experience, approx. $20-25/hr
- Target timeline to start this position: Within the next week
- Summery of role: General office and operations support for the Corporate offices and the Lab team.
- Prepare cubicle space for new hires to provide a warm welcome for incoming team members including providing office supplies.
- Manage inventory of supplies and order facilities supplies including Office Depot, Costco,etc. for all locations
- Stock breakrooms, coffee stations, and copy areas for all locations
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare company shipments and labeling according to established policies; serve as backup for receiving deliveries
- Prepare invoices for approval for payment
- Mail out checks for accounting
- Assist with other duties as needed
- Responsible for conference room setup and breakdown for company meetings,including catering
- Assist with company events; happy hours, holiday party, employee appreciations, etc.
