Technical Customer Service Rep.
$17/hour - $18/hour
(Open 5 am – 8pm) Monday through Friday
- Take 18 – 20 inbound calls a day
- ALL CALLS, no email or chat
- Systems used are an internal CRM, Outlook, Teams
- Inbound technical issue calls (businesses, could be owner or employee)
- Provide new customers with amazing service during set up of their business phone.
- Own each appointment and project.
- Provide basic training on features devices to customers
- Configure accounts in a timely manner.
- Test devices and features to assure device is functioning properly.
- Meet and exceed a set of daily performance metrics.
- 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in a call center, technical support or help desk environment
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, adaptable, and quick-thinking.
- Must have empathy, confidence, and knowledge when communicating with customers.
- Preferred technical support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
- Background screen
