Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products.
  • Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily driver log (Inbound/Outbound), scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
  • Engages with drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
  • (Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables) Not required to perform task but cross-training will take place to fill any time slot voids that may take place.

MUST HAVE INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF MS. EXCEL.

Schedule: 2 schedules available

Morning Shift - 6:00AM-6:00PM - weekends required

Night Shift -6:00PM-6:00AM weekends required

Bilingual Customer Support Representative (E-Commerce Department) responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with customers: Handle online chat inquiries; Answer inbound calls, provide product information to the clients; Accept, print, process orders.
  • Professionally address customer service requests incoming via email and telephone, provide conflict resolution.
  • Manage invoices (QuickBooks, PayPal, Stripe), create sales orders, and packing slips for warehouse.
  • Accept payments over the phone and communicate with logistics department.
  • Work closely with transport companies, coordinate deliveries, returns and pick-ups.
  • Assists with executing eCommerce strategies and post purchase improvement
  • Set up and assist with overseeing marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
