 Fast-growing, leader provider of cloud communications and Voice over IP (VoIP), is looking for Customer Service Reps to join their global team.

The Customer Support Technician is responsible for assisting new customers with the initial set up of their phone system account. The technician will perform a variety of tasks to get the account up and running, including completing scheduled network checks, implementations, and leading training appointments promptly and efficiently to meet or exceed customer expectations.

 

Job Details:

  • Provide new customers with amazing service during the initial set up of their business phone and system accounts.
  • Embody personal ownership and sense of timeliness on every appointment or project.
  • Provide basic training on features, call flow, and devices to customers
  • Configure accounts in a timely manner with accurate attention to detail.
  • Testing of call flow, devices and features to assure configuration is accurate and functioning properly.
  • Meet and exceed a set of daily performance metrics to ensure success.
  • Average calls per day is 18-20 calls. Calls are with end user customers (businesses, could be owner or employee) and they are technical issues

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in a call center, technical support or help desk environment
  • A fast learner with initiative, purpose driven and results oriented attitude, capable of working unsupervised.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting skills to address network, device and account issues.
  • Strong practice of empathy, confidence, and knowledge when communicating with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Docs.

 

Benefits

  • Temp to hire (90 days) $500 sign in bonus when direct hired.
  • Pay Rate: $17/hour ($18/hour bilingual Spanish or French)
  • Growth plan (6) months with a pay rate of $19/hour and (9) months with a pay rate of $21/hour

  • Onsite Training Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
  • Post- Training Schedules: Can pick starting time between 5am and 11:30am, Monday through Friday
