We are working with a credit union in NE Philadelphia that is seeking a member service representative 

You will provide world class service to members and potential members, ensuring that all member requests are completed from beginning to end, accurately and efficiently in accordance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in helping members improve their lives through product education and advice on using our self-service technology.

 

  • Enthusiastically and professionally greets members and potentials members while introducing themselves and welcoming them to Freedom via Phone, Chat, Email and any other form of electronic communication.
  • Receives and processes all member requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and educate our members of our Mobile/Online
  • Banking and electronic services by providing step by step instructions of all self-service technology
  • Discuss cross-sell opportunities with members to make their lives easier and to save them money
  • Assist members with opening and servicing all accounts, products and services 
  • Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.

Ability to tailor features and benefits of Freedom’s products and services.

Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared

Open and close Operations Center when scheduled or in absence of Supervisor. Performs other job related duties as assigned
