Large, progressive company in the Semi-conductor industry. You will be challenged and rewarded. There are 2 major areas in this role 1) Customer Quote Process and 2) Customer Satisfaction & Problem Resolution process

RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a team member coordinate the entire customer quote process, to ensure that both, internal and external customer expectations are satisfied while maintaining accuracy through verification of the sourcing data to include identifying errors and coordinating solutions.

This position is responsible to check and verify input sources for accuracy and timeliness and to address deviations with the Purchasing Team.

Coordinate logistics required to support the supply chain, part and BOM creation and assist with supply chain analytics.

    • Responsible to initiate the internal sourcing process through the Customer Request for Quotation process
    • Works with logistics companies for quotations, schedules transit and maintains tracking
    • New part number and bill of material creation and maintenance
    • Drives internal escalation on aging items

Manage all customer expectations; communication, order processing, problem solving and performance indicators.

Serve as the primary communication contact with the client

Directly responsible to maintain all communication with the customer and as it pertains internally ensuring that closure on all open request is achieved

    • Responsible to initiate order processing through the Sales Order process
    • Manages SO status to ensure corresponding PO’s are released timely
    • Identifies and communicates to client all discrepancies between PO and CQ and follows up to ensure resolution

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA Degree OR equivalent combination of education and industry experience
  • Intermediate level in Excel (Able to work with pivot tables, use lookup formulas, etc.)
  • ERP System Experience
  • 3 + years experience in a direct or cross functional capacity with client facing responsibilities
  • Ability to work as a team member and foster a cooperative work environment while also being an individual contributor
  • Effective professional oral & written communications skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong Business to Business customer service (internal & external customers) and interpersonal skills
