  • Assists with damaged items – determines if defective or damaged in transit and follows company policy.
  • Help locate “missing” parts” (parts that should be delivered to customer on truck but cannot be located) by contacting drivers, cross dock leads, and customers – communicate with warehouse and sales – give updates.  Scenarios include: the part is on the wrong truck, still on the correct truck but overlooked, delivered to the wrong customer or delivered to the correct customer who just overlooked it.

  • Initiates payment requests for benefit vendors including reconciling provider generated billings or creating self-bill through benefits reports.
  • Assists with creating and disseminating information/presentations/materials for Annual Enrollment and New Hire monthly presentations.

 

 Skills, Knowledge, and Education

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of three years experience in Benefits/HR field required • Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
  •  Must have the ability to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice.
