Description

Customer Service Coordinator needed for expanding Greensville office. 

Type: Direct Hire 

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage open orders 
  • Invoicing open orders 
  • Work with commercial sales department on quotes   
  • Provide sales support 
  • Order parts to maintain inventory 
  • Coordinate and manage upcoming service request throughout the country
  • Work with customers to resolve any issues
  • Schedule service requests
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements
  • Meet service deadlines
  • Process billing 
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 2 + years in a coordinator role, supporting a national account or a commercial account 
  • Logistics and/or construction experience a plus
  • Must have a solid technical aptitude 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication skills 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
