We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to fill an immediate need with our client in the Poway area. This position is paying $21-23/hr+DOE and will be offered on a temp to hire basis. Please read the details below and apply today if you are interested and meet the minimum qualifications!
- Coordinate and process weekly payroll for 300-350ee’s, calculate hours and monitor payroll, workers compensation, vacation/sick time, etc.
- Monitor hours for lunches, breaks, and provide feedback to managers on audit findings to ensure adherence to CA Law
- Manages all aspects in HRIS System
- Set up Benefits Administration and send notices to employees
- May assist with handling garnishments and wage withholding notifications
- Manages and maintains the timekeeping system
- All other general payroll and administrative duties as assigned
- Support the HR Generalist and HR Manager with ad hoc reporting and tasks
