Financial services technology Company, a global leader in Fintech and payments is looking for reliable Call center agents for its Digital Wallet department.

The Digital Wallet Activation agent provides exceptional service to cardholders seeking assistance in installing their digital wallet access to their mobile device or shutting down their card in a lost or stolen situation.

Attention to detail will be key in ensuring that all items are cared for to validate the identity of the cardholder.

The following is a general outline of functions covered in training: 

• How to block a card being reported 

• Understanding Block status we should not change 

• Understanding card status we can change 

• How to bill for the service 

• How to complete lost/stolen report 

• How to search for a card 

• Authentication Requirements 

• How to activate digital wallet access 

• Understanding status that we can/cannot service

 

 

 

Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of customer service experience

- HS

- great communication skills

 

Benefits

Type of Hire:  Temp to hire (6-9 months)

Pay Rate: $17/hour + Benefits

Training Schedule: 11:30am-8pm, Monday through Friday  for 1 week

Posting Training Schedules Available:

10:30am-7pm, Monday through Friday

11:30am-8pm, Monday through Friday  

WFH: There is an opportunity to work remote after 3 months +

Location: South Phoenix, 85044

Screening: Criminal background + employment + drug screen
