RemX is seeking a Sales Amin to support the sales team of our client in the Mira Mesa area. We are looking for a self-starter with a great attitude who is comfortable in Excel (MUST know V-look ups and pivot tables – will be tested on site at interviews)! This position is open due to growth and is a temp to hire opportunity paying 42kDOE. Please read the description below and apply today for consideration!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be supporting the VP of Sales as well as the sales team (most of this team is remote, so experience supporting a remote team is a plus!)
  • Manage and track data in Excel spreadsheets regarding order status, inventory levels, and status of shipments; heavy reporting and data analysis
  • Assist with coordinating aspects of Tradeshows and Seminars including handling reservations, vendors, menus, etc.
  • Help support and organize projects for the department
  • Monitors sales inbox and makes sure requests are replied to in a timely manner
  • Various administrative support as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (HS diploma required)
  • 3+ years supporting a sales team
  • Advanced Excel user (v-look ups, pivot tables); prior CRM experience preferred
  • Must type a minimum of 50+ wpm
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
